Athletics at WMS

An MHSAA pre-participation sports physical and athletic handbook form is required for all students who participate in sports.

A physical examination must be completed on or after April 15, 2025 to be considered a valid physical for 2025-26.

SCHEDULE

We intend to start voluntary conditioning on Wednesday, August 20, and Thursday, the 21st. 3:15-5:00

The official season will start on Tuesday, the 26th.

No practice on school days off or half days, as that poses issues of transportation. We will start after school each day by 3:10-15 and expect parents to pick up at 5:00. Our general practice area is located on the south side of the building by the gym.

All athletes are encouraged to bring bottled water and be ready to run.
